Q&a

Q – Can we mark up the Xwrp to generate more Gross?
A – The Xwrp was designed with the sole purpose of increasing Manfacturers' Extended Warranty/Service Contract penetration.  Any increase in 'Gross' is expected to come from the significant increase in Warranty/Service Contract penetration that the Xwrp will generate.

Q - Who insures that in the event of a claim the money for the refund claim will be there when the customer meets all the qualifying conditions?
A - This product is fully underwritten by Trisura Guarantee Insurance Company -   http://www.trisura.com/profile/index.asp

Q - What's the catch?  A question we all ask whether aloud or not.
A - The 'catch' is that the independents lose.  Fully two-thirds to three quarters of customers service their vehicles at places other than the Dealership once the Basic Warranty has expired.  With an increase in Warranty/Service Contract sales, the customers keep coming back to the Dealer.

Q – Is the Xwrp available for RVs, Motorcycles, etc...?
A – No, At the current time the program covers only new and nearly new auto vehicles.

Q: - What if a cutomer's warranty is 60mo /100,000km and the customer purchases the XWRP, but exceeds their 100,000km in the  4th year.  When is the customer eligible to request a Warranty Refund?
A: - The Xwrp is based solely on time.  The customer is elligible after the 60mo has expired.  The Refund request must be submitted to and received by the Administrator within sixty (60) days subsequent to the Warranty Contract expiration by time (Full Term). “Full Term” means the number of months of the Warranty Contract, starting from the Effective Date and concluding no earlier than 60 months from the Effective Date.
